Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – Your Opportunity:
As Infinicept’s Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will be responsible for:
•Ensuring defect-free software releases
•High confidence development processes that provide fast feedback around software correctness
•Integrating automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines
•Retrospectives on defects that identify QA/procedural improvements
•Developing automated test suites to assert the correctness of our software
•Developing manual test processes to assert the correctness of our software
•Directing and managing QA resources
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – What You’ll Need (Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit:
•Prior experience with testing complex, distributed software products
•Experience with industry-standard test automation technology
•Experience with writing automated test suites, and with test management software
•Experience with managing quality assurance (QA) and SDET staff
•Innovative and self-directed – you enjoy providing input that will change the shape of our software

Quality Assurance (QA) Manager – Desired, Not Required:
•Prior experience working in the payments industry / FinTech experience
•Complex Domain Ecosystem experience
Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000

Work in a typical office environment with other staff speaking on phones or engaging in limited team conversation. The role will involve long periods of stationary movement and frequent use of computers and other hardware. Physical efforts to carry out job duties may include some standing, bending, lifting, limited stretching, and reaching.
